Service Description

This consultation for young people under the age of 24 will be done by questionnaire. It is aimed at those having painful periods who would rather not speak to someone in person. You will receive the questionnaire by email, followed by a comprehensive personal plan, with dietary, lifestyle and supplement suggestions. Follow ups are £50 which we can book separately if needed.
