Service Description

This hour long walk will be an opportunity to forage seasonal South Downs bounty. We will explore the countryside and discuss the nutritional and medicinal properties of plants growing at this time of year. We will make herbal 'forage' teas, and gather plants to take home and use for wellbeing.
