A cancer diagnosis can be a challenging but profoundly transformative opportunity to reset your relationship with your body. How many of us can truly say that we understand the messages (aka symptoms) our body sends us? This course will gently reframe illness as a call to rebalance toxicity and deficiency. Over four weeks, we’ll look at healing from a naturopathic perspective. You’ll be guided to make gentle, sustainable changes to your diet and lifestyle to support long-term health
