Learn to journey through life with more ease in this relaxing and practical 2-hour retreat. Esther Jones and Nicola Corcoran will be bringing mind and body together to help you create ways to support and nurture yourself through life's ups and downs. You'll learn how to transform your stress responses through mindfulness and self compassion, and how to best support your body (specifically the adrenal glands) through diet, lifestyle and supplementation. We'll be making magnesium oil to take home, practising grounding breathing techniques, and sipping on calming teas. Nicola Corcoran is joined by Esther Jones, a mindfulness teacher and parenting coach. She works on the premise that the challenging parts of our lives are precisely where the possibility for transformation lies. Nicola is a Lewes-based naturopath who works in a functional way, supporting the body to heal naturally.
